As a CMMI Practitioner at Cross Border Executives Management Group (CBEMG), your role will involve training the internal team to assess organizational processes against CMMI standards, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in the implementation of best practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, preparing CMMI-related documentation, and guiding team workshops for CMMI implementation and compliance.
