CMA US- Mentor

As a CMA USA Mentor at Lakshya, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students on their journey to becoming certified CMA professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve providing teaching, coaching, and ongoing academic support to help students strengthen their knowledge in accounting and finance, ultimately enabling them to successfully clear the CMA exams. You will conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions covering all CMA exam subjects and syllabus areas. It will be essential for you to create customized study plans based on individual student strengths and areas for improvement. Regularly monitoring student progress and adapting plans as necessary will be crucial to ensure their success. Additionally, guiding students on exam preparation techniques, time management, and study skills will be part of your daily tasks. Addressing queries related to the CMA curriculum, exam format, and practical requirements will require you to stay updated with the latest CMA syllabus changes to provide accurate academic advice. Organizing mock exams and practice sessions simulating real exam conditions will be essential for student readiness. Providing constructive feedback on mock performance and suggesting improvement areas will contribute to their growth. Supporting students in identifying relevant work experience opportunities will also be part of your role. Collaborating with peers to share insights and improve mentorship quality will be encouraged. Your active participation in CMA-related events and maintaining connections with the CMA community will be beneficial. Keeping detailed records of student progress and mentorship activities will help in tracking their development effectively. To be eligible for this role, you must have cleared CMA US Part 1 and/or Part 2 (Semi-qualified or Fully qualified). Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and CMA syllabus areas is necessary. Good communication and mentoring skills are crucial, and being passionate about student success and academic excellence is highly valued. The salary details for this position are as follows: - CMA US Qualified: 35,000/month - CMA Semi-Qualified: 27,000/month This is a full-time job with the work location being in person.,
