Cluster Sales Manager/ Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the home loan business in all assigned locations and identifying new locations for branch setup. The individual will be required to ensure the achievement of revenue generation targets. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in sales of Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP). It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the Home Loan market and knowledge about the regulatory aspects of home loans. Furthermore, the candidate should demonstrate strong market intelligence and strategic intervention to drive the profitability of the assigned cluster. Effective coordination with other departments and teams is crucial to facilitate the proper sanction and disbursement of files. This position is based in Indore.
