Job Description of Cluster Program Manager:

• Oversee full administration of the project.
• Manpower Management.
• Involve travel across the districts of Assam.
• Supervise daily activities and provide continuous guidance to achieve individual/team goal.

• Previous leadership experience.

Experience: Min.5 years in Social Sector.

• Education Qualification : UG/PG/MBA/MSW.
• Good Knowledge of Excel.
