Role & responsibilities Business Management: Lead operations and align with company goals to foster growth and profitability. Manpower Recruitment: Spearhead recruitment for new stores and existing locations. Marketing Activities: Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Store Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet targets and improve performance. Process Optimization & Cost Control: Implement cost-efficient measures to streamline operations. Inventory Management: Oversee stock replenishment and vendor collaboration. Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through actionable insights. Compliance & Safety: Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Reporting & Analysis: Provide reports on KPIs and suggest improvements to operations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Expertise in optimizing operations, marketing, and business development. Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
