Cluster Manager Planning, Pricing & Sales Coordination

The Cluster Manager Planning, Pricing & Sales Coordination is responsible for overseeing the commercial operations within the cluster, with a specific focus on managing Pricing operations, Governance, Business planning & Forecasting. The primary role involves analyzing Market wise Demand, Regional Sales and Prices, Competitive Pricing impact on NSP, Contribution & EBITDA. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and a graduate/postgraduate degree in any field. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Pricing operations, Governance, Business planning & Forecasting within the cluster. - Ensure analytics for all Pricing & Scheme portfolios for the channel network while maintaining Regulatory compliances. - Drive various projects to completion and support the implementation of recommendations. - Analyze Market trends, Demand-Supply scenarios for effective Business Planning & Budgeting. - Conduct Pricing Diagnostic to support regions in making pricing decisions. - Optimize margins through Margin levers like Geo Mix, Product Mix, Segment Mix, etc. - Actively participate in analyzing and improving Schemes proposed by local Sales teams. - Develop reports for commercial discussions and facilitate knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong skills in Pricing, Pricing Strategies, and Marketing. The Cluster Manager must have a strategic mindset to drive the pricing process and ensure successful implementation of process deliverables. Additionally, the individual should be adept at analyzing project objectives, defining process areas, and monitoring progress towards successful implementation. This position requires proactive decision-making and the ability to recommend improvements for Scheme Management while ensuring necessary approvals are obtained at all levels.,
