As a Collections Manager, your role involves handling collections for the assigned area and achieving collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. You will be responsible for motivating and managing your team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that the NPA's are kept within the assigned budget and actively work towards minimizing it. - Conduct asset verification and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers. - Track and control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues quickly within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required and ensure adherence to legal guidelines by the collection team. - Maintain adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and obtain daily updates from the collection team on delinquent portfolio. Initiate detailed account level review of high ticket accounts. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/Regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures.
