Cluster Lead-IT Infra

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and service delivery.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and manage risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead IT projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Drive incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, and project management.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and translate needs into technical strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and security frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
