Cluster Head - Wealth

As a Financial Analyst at Tata Capital Wealth Management, your role will involve Business Development, Portfolio Performance Analysis, Portfolio Modeling, Portfolio Management, Business Analytics, and Wealth Management. You will be responsible for managing the PL of the Region and building up Market Share. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and Establishing Tata Capital Wealth Management Brand for the regions - Recruitment, Nurturing talent, and Hand Holding for team members - Reviewing team performance for revenue optimization - Co-owning clients of the team - Addressing HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements, offering exclusive product bouquet and superior service for achieving their investment goals - Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space - Acquisition and Handling a group of HNI and UHNIs Clients - Profiling Customers and providing financial products to meet their needs To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent degree, along with certifications such as AMFI, NISM, IRDA.
