As a Male Cluster Head at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch with a focus on customer service, quality, people management, and process adherence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth functioning of all healthcare operations in the assigned hospital. - Managing the hospital policies and procedures, ensuring the implementation of best practices. - Leading and implementing change management initiatives for successful process and procedure implementations. - Managing and supervising operational teams to ensure efficient execution of daily tasks. - Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations. - Handling the revenue of the hospital. - Managing budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
