Club Community Manager

Your role as a Club Community Manager will involve sports facility management, community building, and sales. You will be a part of a team that includes individuals with experience in successful startups and unicorns like MPL, Dream11, Ola, Cult.fit, and Game4Padel. The team is passionate about sports, technology, and community-building, aiming to create a thriving ecosystem for padel in India. Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer interactions, maintaining high service standards, contributing to membership sales targets, implementing strategies for member acquisition and retention, managing daily operations, coordinating with coaches, organizing community events, collaborating with marketing teams, and enhancing club visibility and outreach. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 12 years of experience in community management, sports management, sales, or operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering excellent experiences, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in community building are essential. Prior exposure to startups, fitness/health/sports clubs, sales, or customer-facing roles would be advantageous. A genuine enthusiasm for sports and community engagement is highly valued.
