Consumes monitoring platforms and responds to alerts to maintain optimal environment performance.
Suggests new triggers and logging issues based on incident resolution feedback.
Identifies and fixes broken monitors using tools and scripts to ensure accurate reporting.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of supported platforms on an application level.
Monitors high-criticality alerting across all monitoring applications to address alerts promptly.
Reviews and resolves existing incidents in the ITSM platform for necessary troubleshooting.
