Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative Managed Services solutions across the Cloud technology domain. You will collaborate with clients, sales, and delivery teams to create competitive, secure, and viable solutions that address client requirements and drive digital transformation objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide a virtual team of domain experts - Design complex managed service solutions - Test and validate new features - Ensure the service design aligns with commercial models - Lead the end-to-end solution development process - Map client requirements and architect technology solutions - Support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions to clients - Facilitate workshops to discover requirements - Communicate potential improvements to stakeholders at all levels - Coach and mentor team members - Oversee vendor management - Ensure a smooth transition to service delivery teams **Qualifications Required:** - Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration - Well-versed in multi-cloud technologies, Azure, GCP, and AWS infrastructure - Experience in designing cloud infrastructure managed services solutions for medium to large enterprise accounts - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to emerging trends in Cloud technology and Managed Services Integration - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field - Certifications in ITIL, Service Management, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics - Scaled Agile certification or equivalent is desirable - Additional technology vendor certifications such as Azure AZ900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or VMWare: VTSP NTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services, committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
