Cloud Security Specialist

As an InfoSec Specialist - Cloud Security at McAfee, your role will involve implementing and managing cloud security controls, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, and mitigating cloud misconfigurations across various cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing visibility and reducing risks in the multi-cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain security controls across multi-cloud environments, ensuring secure configurations. - Utilize CSPM tools to identify misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and risks, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive remediation workflows. - Work closely with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to implement secure cloud configurations, such as IAM policies, encryption, logging, and monitoring tools. - Establish preventative guardrails and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) controls to minimize risks during deployment stages. - Partner with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to monitor and resolve findings within defined SLAs. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in information security with a focus on cloud security. - Proficiency in cloud security tools, vulnerability scanners, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, driving security initiatives and remediation efforts. - Project management skills with experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on security projects outcomes.
