Must have skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform environments. Design and develop cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements. Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of cloud applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles. Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments. Experience with cloud-based development tools and technologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. This position is based at our Chennai office.
