Summary:As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance while deploying infrastructure and platform environments effectively. You will also create proofs of architecture to validate your designs, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities:-Design, develop, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services (e.g., AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, Amazon Kinesis).-Perform data migration from on premises to AWS using AWS services (AWS DMS, AWS SCT etc)-Implement and maintain data models, schemas, and storage solutions to meet business intelligence and analytics needs.-Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.-Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance, accuracy, and availability.-Develop and enforce data security and compliance measures in line with best practices and organizational policies.-Contribute to architecture decisions and provide recommendations for improving data infrastructure.-Document data processes, architectures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.-Stay informed about AWS updates and emerging technologies to integrate new features and tools into our data solutions.Technical Requirements:-3-5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services.-Proficiency with AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lambda, and Amazon RDS.

Must have AWS Glue-Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).-Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation.-Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.-Understanding of data security practices and regulatory compliance requirements.-Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.-Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Preferred
Qualifications:-AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.-Experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark.-Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amazon QuickSight). Qualification 15 years full time education
