Cloud Networking Engineer

Role Overview: As a team member leading engineers in various projects to design OCI network topologies, your role will involve collaborating with different teams to design and deploy the OCI infrastructure in alignment with business requirements and security best practices. Your ultimate goal will be to deploy this infrastructure as Infrastructure as Code, ensuring efficient and secure cloud networking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Architecting and deploying cloud network topologies (VCNs, subnets, route tables) across OCI, AWS, and GCP to meet business needs and security standards. - Designing and implementing highly available and secure cloud networking solutions supporting multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies. - Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for automating provisioning and management of cloud networking. - Implementing and managing access control lists (ACLs) and security groups to enforce network security policies. - Designing and configuring VPN connectivity solutions, including cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-prem secure connections. - Optimizing traffic flow and load balancing strategies using cloud-native load balancers and third-party solutions. Qualification Required: - At least 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud networking across OCI, AWS, or GCP, with a strong focus on design, deployment, and migration of cloud infrastructure. - Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud network topologies, firewalls, and VPNs. - Deep expertise in cloud networking tools and monitoring solutions for highly scalable and resilient architectures. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible. - Understanding of IAM and its role in cloud security, network segmentation, and access management. - Familiarity with OCI-specific networking tools and concepts. - Experience with BGP routing, OCIs routing implementation, and network load balancing strategies. - Strong documentation skills for creating network topology diagrams and architecture documentation. Please note that experience with Puppet is a plus but not mandatory for this role. It is essential to understand that this role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing networking solutions from scratch while implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.,
