Job Description

Exp: 3-6yrs

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Role Summary

You will design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend for the product/platform. Expect to work on evidence workflows, dashboards, integrations, and AI-driven compliance tools.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive frontends using React + TypeScript.
Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI.
Integrate with third-party APIs (cloud, identity, ITSM, HRIS).
Implement RBAC/ABAC, multi-tenancy, and audit logging.
Collaborate with designers and product managers for feature delivery.
Write unit/integration tests and ensure CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

3-6 years of full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
Backend experience in Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI).
Knowledge of REST/GraphQL, Postgres, and cloud storage.
Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure services (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.).
Strong understanding of authentication, security, and scalability.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with SaaS multi-tenancy.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (LangChain, pgvector).
