Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), your role will involve supporting short-term infrastructure scaling and optimization initiatives. You will be responsible for managing GCP environments, containerized deployments, and database performance to ensure high system reliability and seamless CI/CD operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions on GCP, including App Engine, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes (GKE). - Automate deployment workflows and system monitoring to improve operational efficiency and reliability. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth release management. - Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot system issues, and proactively implement optimization strategies. - Manage and tune MongoDB databases for performance, backup, and recovery. - Ensure security, compliance, and high availability across all cloud environments. - Document system configurations, deployment processes, and operational best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering. - Strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) particularly Kubernetes, App Engine, and Cloud Run. - Proficiency in Docker and container-based application management. - Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Strong knowledge of MongoDB administration and query optimization. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
