Project Role : Cloud Change Architect Project Role Description : Originates, solutions, and partners across Accenture & the ecosystem to sell and deliver cloud change programs. Works with the client to understand their cloud transformation and the impacts. Customizes a change solution to the clients unique needs, leveraging our framework and assets to accelerate the benefits of cloud by transforming the culture, org and talent. Creates a value-focused pricing strategy and estimates the total value of Cloud Change work. Must have skills : SAP EWM Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Cloud Change Architect, you will originate, solution, and partner across Accenture and the ecosystem to sell and deliver cloud change programs. Your typical day involves collaborating with clients to understand their cloud transformation needs and the associated impacts. You will customize change solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements, leveraging frameworks and assets to accelerate the benefits of cloud transformation. Additionally, you will create value-focused pricing strategies and estimate the total value of Cloud Change work, ensuring that the solutions provided align with the client's objectives and drive meaningful results. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change solutions, making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.- Strong understanding of cloud transformation methodologies and frameworks.- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.- Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.- This position is based in Chennai.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
