Cloud Analyst

As a member of the Service Assurance team at Centrilogic, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding technical support to our customers, going beyond traditional call center services. Your main responsibility will be to investigate and resolve customer issues related to hosting, data center operations, and cloud platforms. Your success will be measured by the satisfaction of our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in first level contact for support in the hosting industry and data center operations. - Provide support and maintenance for public and private cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. - Monitor customers" infrastructure using tools such as Azure alert, Solar Winds, and ScienceLogic. - Implement the KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology by creating knowledge base articles for every customer interaction. - Perform managed service tasks including troubleshooting Azure-related issues, vSphere support, VM backups, and restoration. - Collaborate with partners, vendors, and hyperscalers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Work closely with a team of professionals, learning new skills and technologies to enhance your career opportunities. - Innovate and prototype new tools to streamline operations at Centrilogic. Qualifications Required: - University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science or a related field. - Any Operational System or Database Administration certification would be an added advantage. - Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). - Strong organization and time management abilities. - Knowledge of network components, virtual machine hosting, public cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cloud networking. - Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
