Description
As a senior cloud developer at SAP, you will have the opportunity to work on the Intelligent Service Delivery (ISD) Hub application, a cutting-edge cloud-native platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing solutions to complex problems in collaboration with a cross-functional team. - Building large-scale applications on public clouds like SAP BTP, AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc. - Utilizing your frontend and backend coding skills to develop features. - Participating in code reviews and sharing best practices with colleagues. - Ensuring security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives are met with an enterprise cloud mindset. - Focusing on performance and scalability to build reliable enterprise applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech from premier universities with a strong academic background. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and architecture principles. - Experience with front-end technologies such as SAPUI5 / Fiori, React, Angular, or similar. - Proficiency in Java / JEE and related technologies for developing large-scale distributed applications. - Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, Kafka, ORM frameworks. - Knowledge of security principles like OWASP and HTTP protocol. - Familiarity with SaaS, multi-tenancy, and public cloud offerings. - Experience with Unit Testing, TDD/BDD methodologies, agile methodologies, and agile methodologies. Additionally, working knowledge of Microservices, Domain Driven Design, DevOps, and database programming is advantageous. Any prior AI experience and understanding of service delivery processes are considered a plus. The Global CoE Business Process Operations team, part of the Premium Hub CoE within Customer Services & Delivery, focuses on developing the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub application. This application serves as a collaboration platform for customer service deliveries within the SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management, with over 6000 internal users and 7000 customers utilizing it.
