Closing Manager

We're currently looking for a Closing Manager to join our well-known listed client a leading real estate developer in India. The role is based in western suburban of Mumbai

Major task and responsibilities:

1. Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

3. Develop Channel Partners network, maintain relationship with them to promote sales

4. Competent enough to handle pre-sales, sales & post-sales activity

Requirement:

1. Fresher MBA or Equivalent course in marketing & Sales

2. Experience: 1-2yr experience (Preferably having at least some experience in real estate sales)

3. Good command over MS office

4. Candidates

5. Language Proficiency: English
