Clinical Trial Psych Rater - Tamil Speaking

As a Clinical Specialist Consultant fluent in Tamil, your primary role will be to review scales administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized assessments for data reliability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating the quality of assessments and engaging in live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodology and scoring techniques. - Conducting functional assessments of rater performance, such as mock interviews, and aiding in communication preparation and dissemination. To qualify for this position, you will need: - A minimum of a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work; MD, DO, or PhD preferred. - At least 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews, with specific expertise in EQ-5D-5L and mRS. - 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations and administering scales in clinical research trials. - Preferably experience in CNS trials and strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills. You will be expected to: - Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities. - Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters. - Complete assigned tasks and interactions promptly, ensuring timely submission of all documentation. Additionally, it is essential for current openings that you are fluent in English and a native speaker in the required trial language.
