Clinical Instructor

You will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating nurses for hospital placements on a daily basis to maintain proper staffing levels. Your role will involve scheduling and conducting daily evaluations of nurses to assess their clinical skills and competencies. It will be essential to regularly update the Management Information System (MIS) sheet on the tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidates and placements. Additionally, you will conduct post-admission screenings for nursing candidates, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for placement. Your guidance will be crucial in preparing candidates for interviews by providing advice on interview techniques and addressing their potential concerns. Moreover, you will create and update professional clinical study materials for nurses to support their ongoing learning and development. Designing interview preparation sample papers and resources to help candidates excel in interviews will also be part of your responsibilities. Developing communication and grooming material to assist candidates in presenting themselves professionally during interviews is key. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by offering continuous support and guidance throughout their placement journey, including for both domestic and international placements, will be essential. Administering and evaluating clinical tests to assess nurses based on their scores and ensuring they meet required standards will also fall under your purview. Qualifications required for this role include: - MSC Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing). - Proven experience in nursing coordination or similar roles within the healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of clinical skills and nursing practices. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and support candidates. - Ability to create professional study materials and resources for nursing education. - Experience in conducting training or webinars, particularly in the clinical field. - Proficiency in using tracking systems and updating MIS sheets. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with domestic and international nursing placements is a plus.
