Clinical Instructor

As a Sr Clinical Evaluator at Jobizo, your primary responsibility will be to source and coordinate nurses for hospital placements on a daily basis to ensure optimal staffing levels. You will be conducting daily evaluations of nurses to assess their clinical skills and competencies. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate records of candidates and placements by regularly updating the Management Information System (MIS) sheet in the tracking system. In this role, you will be conducting post-admission screening for nursing candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for placement. You will guide candidates in interview preparation, offering advice on interview techniques and addressing any potential concerns they may have. Creating and updating professional clinical study materials for nurses to support their ongoing learning and development will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will design and provide interview preparation sample papers and resources to help candidates excel in interviews. Developing communication and grooming material to assist candidates in presenting themselves professionally during interviews will also be essential. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by offering continuous support and guidance throughout their placement journey, including for both domestic and international placements, will be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will be administering and evaluating clinical tests to assess nurses based on their scores and ensure they meet the required standards. To be successful in this position, you should hold an MSC Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing) degree and have proven experience in nursing coordination or similar roles within the healthcare industry. A strong understanding of clinical skills and nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create professional study materials and resources for nursing education are also required. Additionally, experience in conducting training or webinars, especially in the clinical field, proficiency in using tracking systems and updating MIS sheets, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience with domestic and international nursing placements would be a plus.
