Key Responsibilities:
· Provide hands-on instruction and training to students in clinical settings.
· Supervise and guide students during clinical practice to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare facilities, staff, and students.
· Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and clinical experiences.
· Coordinate with hospital/clinical supervisors to ensure smooth execution of training schedules.
· Attend meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and teaching skills.
· Mentor and counsel students, supporting their academic and career growth.
· Ensure compliance with institutional policies, clinical guidelines, and safety standards.
