Role Description

This is a full-time Clinical Counselor position specializing in supporting individuals and couples undergoing IVF treatments. Based on-site in Noida, the counselor will provide psychological and emotional support, conduct counseling sessions, assist in case management for patients, and collaborate with the medical team to address the mental health needs of clients. The role also includes engaging families in therapy sessions, maintaining detailed client records, and creating action plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Counseling, Family Therapy, and Psychology
• Experience with Mental Health support and Case Management skills
• In-depth understanding of challenges related to fertility treatments and empathetic client engagement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related field required
• Previous experience in reproductive health or IVF settings is preferred
• Professional certification in counseling or therapy is an advantage
• Experience 1 to 5 years
• Salary 30k to 40k
