Clinical Administrative Coordinator

Clinical Oversight:

• Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff in providing home-based patient care.
• Ensure all clinical services are delivered according to physician orders and patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA).
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.

Staff Management & Training:

• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and aides.
• Schedule and supervise field staff; ensure adequate coverage and appropriate patient assignments.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing education/training.

Administrative Duties:

• Oversee clinical documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and reporting.
• Collaborate with billing and intake departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.

Communication & Coordination:

• Serve as the main point of contact for physicians, patients, and families regarding clinical issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
