Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Receptionist role located in Worli. The Clinic Receptionist will handle daily front-desk operations, including greeting patients and visitors, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining the reception area, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing overall support to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with managing patient calendars
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills for providing a welcoming and professional experience
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including meeting and greeting patients and overall front-desk management
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and handling tasks within a Medical Office environment
• Organizational and multitasking skills in a clinical setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus
