Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist located in Hyderabad. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and performing general receptionist duties. The role also includes managing medical office tasks and using medical terminology appropriately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling calls
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
