We are looking for a smart, polite, and organized female medical receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Reviva Skin & Surgery Clinics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Handle incoming phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient inquiries. Maintain appointment schedules and assist doctors in managing patient flow. Record patient details accurately and update clinic software regularly. Coordinate with the clinical and pharmacy staff for smooth clinic operations. Ensure the reception and waiting area remain neat, organized, and welcoming. Follow up with patients for reviews, feedback, and reminders.
