Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails (Outlook)
  • Book appointments and respond to patient queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our UK-based clinic receptionists and clinicians to coordinate schedules and bookings
  • Communicate with external partners (labs, radiology centres, etc.) to facilitate patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear British accent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general digital communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
