Clinic Co-ordinator

We are looking for a FEMALE ONLY , motivated and patient-friendly individual to join our dermatology clinic as a Patient Counselor / Clinic Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, understanding their concerns, explaining treatment options and packages, and ensuring smooth patient conversion and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and interact with patients visiting the clinic.

Explain dermatology and aesthetic procedures in simple, understandable terms.

Counsel patients on treatment plans and packages, highlighting benefits.

Address patient queries and provide pre- and post-treatment guidance.

Support the doctor in patient coordination and follow-ups.

Maintain patient records and ensure proper communication.

Work towards achieving patient satisfaction and conversion goals.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or hospitality).

Previous experience as a patient counselor, front desk executive, sales coordinator, or customer relationship executive in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language).

Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and target-driven.

Basic knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic/cosmetic treatments will be an added advantage (training will be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
