Climate Systems Engineer – Greenhouse Environment

Location: Hyderabad, India | Full-time | Experience: 2–5 years

About the Role

Sri Sai Fibres Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Climate Systems Engineer to design and manage environmental control systems for high-tech greenhouses. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and sustainable farming.

Responsibilities

• Design & integrate climate control systems: fan-pad cooling, foggers, ventilation, shading nets, positive pressure.
• Support automation systems for irrigation & fertigation.
• Troubleshoot system issues during fabrication & installation.
• Adapt international models (Dutch, Israeli) to Indian climate needs.
• Work closely with clients to deliver custom climate solutions.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Agricultural / Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in greenhouse climate systems / irrigation automation.
• Knowledge of tropical/subtropical climate design challenges.
• Hands-on experience with fans, foggers, pumps, and irrigation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: From ₹335,847.69 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
