Clients Services Specialist - CLO, AS

Role Overview: As a Client Services Specialist - CLO at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will be a critical component of the end-to-end service delivery to the client on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and in a timely manner. You will have extensive interaction across the transaction value chain in the Corporate Trust business, supporting the administration of structured and non-structured debt issuances according to contractual terms. Your role will involve processing client transactions and instructions, maintaining internal systems, and producing reports to ensure the best possible service for clients. It is essential to cover European working hours to support the EMEA business. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the Corporate Trust EMEA business across a portfolio of CLO deals within the Structured Finance vertical - Timely completion of client & deal management system records, ensuring accuracy of data at all times - Maintaining daily accuracy of all Structured Finance deal portfolios, including loading new assets & maintaining existing collateral, swap & liability data - Escalating client or operational problems to team leaders / department head promptly - Supporting fellow team members, team leaders, and department head as needed - Handling any other duties or ad-hoc projects as required Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in a similar role in investment banking or corporate banking administration - Experience in CLO administration and/or loan operations - Good understanding of the global financial services industry, Fixed income, and Debt Capital Markets - Familiarity with debt capital markets transaction documentation is advantageous - Basic accounting knowledge and/or strong reconciliation skills - Experience in interacting widely through a financial service organization - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work effectively as part of a team or independently - Fluent in written and spoken English Company Details: Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank (CB) offers integrated solutions in cash management, trade finance, lending, securities services, and Trust & Agency Services.
