Client Support QA

As a Client Support & Quality Assurance (QA) Fresher at Speqto Technologies, located in Noida Sector 62, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to clients through calls, emails, and chat. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, assisting them with product-related queries, and conducting Tester checks to ensure product and service standards are met. It will be essential to report bugs, errors, and issues to the development team with proper documentation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and client satisfaction. Moreover, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and QA reports will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a fresher graduate from any stream, either IT or non-IT, with good communication skills both verbally and in writing. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools are required, along with being a quick learner with attention to detail. The ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines is crucial for the successful execution of your tasks. In return, you will receive a fixed salary of 12,000 per month and gain exposure to both client communication and quality assurance domains.
