Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound client calls and emails related to software usage.
Guide our clients in using our software effectively (training will be provided).
Document and escalate client issues if necessary.
Provide a friendly and professional support experience.

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or graduates in any stream (BCA, BBA, BA, BCom, Bsc etc.).
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (no programming or coding required).
Willing to learn and work in a support/customer care environment.
