Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Malayalam)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Interaction:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media messages from students in Malayalam.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, products, and policies in Malayalam.
• Address and resolve student complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and assess students' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our services or products.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support if necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Document student feedback and report recurring issues to management.
• Prepare and submit reports on student inquiries and feedback.
• Product and Service Knowledge:
• Stay informed about our services, products, policies, and procedures.
• Educate students on how to use our services and address any queries in Malayalam.
• Student Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students through effective communication and support.
• Follow up with students to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new developments.
• Adherence to Standards:
• Follow company guidelines and policies while interacting with students.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Skills:
• Fluency in Malayalam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing student concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
