About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS (Management Information Systems) Specialist to support and optimize our internal information systems. The ideal candidate will manage data flow, reporting, and system integrity across business units, while supporting cross-functional teams with critical insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support internal MIS infrastructure including databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.) to analyse data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Generate regular reports for management, operations, and content distribution teams.
Should be able to communicate well in English as we have periodic calls with US team and clients as well.
Identify trends and anomalies in business data and provide actionable insights.
Maintain data consistency across platforms by verifying and cross-checking entries from multiple sources
Clean and organize raw data received from internal systems or third-party tools for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with product, and support teams to automate data workflows and optimize system performance.
Monitor and maintain data integrity across in-house systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Provide training and support for MIS tools and dashboards to end users.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
