Client Strategy Lead AI & IP Innovation

Role Overview: You will be leading a delivery pod as a Client Strategy Lead AI & IP Innovation, ensuring quality, speed, reliability across all services, while strengthening AI-assisted ways of working and client alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, allocate, track FTR/TAT/rework, and manage audits and escalations for delivery leadership. - Set light sampling/AQL checks, enforce evidence trails, and drive corrective actions for quality & method. - Standardize prompts, agent steps, checklists, monitor guardrail compliance for AI enablement. - Scope requirements, align deliverables/SLA, provide clear updates, and insight-led recommendations for client interface. - Coach Strategists/Juniors, run playbook reviews, and close skills gaps for team development. - Raise tool/data issues, prioritize fixes, and pilot enhancements for continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - 5+ years in patent research with review/mentoring and client communication experience. - Comfort with dashboards/metrics and workflow design. - Educational Qualification: Graduation/Masters in ECE, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
