Client & Shoot Coordinator

We are looking for a Client & Shoot Coordinator to manage client relationships and coordinate all aspects of photoshoots and video shoots. The role involves acting as the main point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate and schedule clients shoots.
• Manage communication between clients and the creative team.
• Oversee on-site shoot activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in client servicing or shoot coordination is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to attend shoots and manage on-ground operations.
