Client servicing - Wedding Planner

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a flair for creativity, and a natural ability to build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
• Collaborate with the creative, production, and operations teams to deliver memorable wedding experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Provide creative inputs and suggestions to enhance event concepts and client proposals.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
