Client Servicing Internship

The selected intern will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities: - Attending to new clients and understanding their requirements before handing them over to the fulfilment team. - Ensuring on-time delivery of content to clients. - Understanding and resolving client requests promptly. - Focusing on client retention by providing excellent service. - Acquiring new clients to expand the company's clientele. - Assisting the team in meeting organizational targets effectively. Please note that the location of this position is Sector 3, Gurgaon. The intern will work in a fast-paced work environment as part of the operations team.
