Client Servicing Executive

As a Senior Client Servicing Executive at World Happiness Code Integrated Communications (WHC), your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance client relationships. WHC is a multinational branding and communication agency with a presence in various locations such as Calicut, Kochi, Bengaluru, Riyadh, and Dubai. We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team in Calicut at HILITE Business Park. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to meet client objectives and contribute to the growth and success of client accounts. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within an advertising agency. Experience in an ad agency is considered a plus, and preference will be given to candidates with an MBA background.
