  • As a client servicing executive you need too ensure that the customers are gaining full benefit of the subscribed services as well as to identify opportunities where other required services may meet the needs of the customer.
Job Role
  • Work on all the defined processes which include client engagement
  • Stays in regular touch with all customers and take a constant feedback
  • Conducts process to increase service effectiveness.
  • Perform periodic audits
  • To check whether the customers’ expectations are met
  • Find method to build business and grow accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned by the top management
