Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients under supervision
  • Understand client briefs and help translate them for internal teams (design, content, strategy)
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email, calls, and meetings
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, or proposals as needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction by following up regularly and addressing minor issues promptly
  • Learn and use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, or project management software
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, meeting notes, and task trackers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A people-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
