Client Servicing Cum Content Writer

As a Client Servicing cum Content Writer, your role will involve building strong client relationships and creating compelling content across various digital platforms. Your excellent communication skills, writing flair, and ability to generate impactful content ideas aligned with client goals will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand voice, goals, and deliverables. - Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Manage feedback and revisions to uphold client satisfaction. - Build long-term relationships by consistently delivering value and insights. Content Writing & Ideation: - Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, etc. - Develop creative content strategies and campaign ideas based on client briefs. - Conduct research for factual accuracy and relevance. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling. Requirements: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong command over English grammar, style, and tone. - Proven experience in content creation and client management. - Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with social media trends, SEO basics, and content marketing tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. - Portfolio showcasing writing samples and previous client-facing experience.
