As a Client Servicing cum Content Writer, your role involves maintaining strong client relationships and creating compelling content for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include: - **Client Servicing:** - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their brand voice, goals, and requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Manage feedback and revisions to uphold client satisfaction. - Cultivate long-term relationships by consistently providing value and insights. - **Content Writing & Ideation:** - Produce clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, etc. - Formulate creative content strategies and campaign concepts based on client briefs. - Conduct research to maintain accuracy and relevance. - Collaborate with design and marketing departments to create cohesive storytelling. **Qualifications Required:** - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in English grammar, style, and tone. - Demonstrated experience in content creation and client management. - Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas. - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Knowledge of social media trends, SEO basics, and content marketing tools is advantageous.
