Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services & Business Development professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and handling financial aspects of individual team. The successful candidate will be based in our New Mumbai office and will play a crucial role in growing and maintaining our client relationships.

Qualifications

● Team Management: To lead and manage 2 - 3 CS BD teams, each of which are responsible for separate clients and projects

● Client Delight: To ensure that each and every project / client that any of the teams below you engage in is executed to perfection and the client gives us repeat business due to it

● Revenue: To be able to achieve annual revenue numbers for the branch as agreed to with management and grow progressively each year.

● Employee Satisfaction: To ensure that all team members are treated with respect and motivated to perform consistently for the organization and there is minimum attrition of good resources

● Creative Excellence: To be able to come up with path breaking ideas, concepts and presentations that help the company win large pitches and onboard clients.

● NBD: To ensure that in addition to existing clients, there is a steady flow of new business in the organization.

● Profitability: Ensuring that an average of 35% Gross Profit is achieved through the projects executed by you and your teams.

Require 9 - 12 yrs. of experience in corporate events.
